Plastic-Free Events: ACM Pop Up London

All Conditions Media decided to take a stance on 'The Plastic Problem' for their AW18 Pop Up in London, England and made it a plastic-free event. With brands such as Adidas, Arc'teryx and Finisterre showing some of the latest eco-friendly gear, Mizu stepped in to support the event helping raise awareness of single-use plastics and the benefits of reusable alternatives.

The single-use plastic epidemic is an issue that’s close to all of us, whether you live near the ocean or landlocked in the mountains. This exclusive evening saw talks from Hugo Tagholm of Surfers Against Sewage, ocean advocate Emily Penn, and environmental journalist Lucy Siegle. The three shared their thoughts on the future of this problem and followed it up with a Q&A about things we can do in our daily lives to help resolve the issue.

With mainstream media such as the Telegraph on hand to listen and help spread the message as well as many others in attendance, it was an incredibly positive and productive evening. All attendees were able to walk away with a Mizu package of an M8, Camp Cup, and Cutlery Set.
